The holiday season is on it's way and that means it's almost time for STUDIO HUDDLE's annual holiday shop!

This is a great event that I love taking part in each year. There will be beautiful handmade pieces for everyone on your list (and they've included pieces for every budget!). This year I will be including a selection of Carrier Budge Greeting Cards, as well as a some prints and illustrations.

Cambridge Galleries Design at Riverside presents: CARDED: REMARKABLE GREETING CARDS BY CANADIAN ARTISTS, ILLUSTRATORS AND DESIGNERS NOVEMBER 26 - JANUARY 12, 2014 I am happy to announce that Carrier Budge Card Company will be taking part in the upcoming show, CARDED, at the Cambridge Galleries Design at Riverside. CARDED features hundreds of one-off, limited edition, and production cards for different occasions. Plus two special feature displays from the Canadian Heroes Series by illustrator and graphic designer Wendy Tancock and the Doug’s Garage Calendar Collection by artist Doug Guildford. Thank you to everyone who took on the cold winter weather to make it out to the 2nd Annual Holiday Show and Sale at Shop 103! It was a great night filled with art, jewelry, crafts, and food. It was a pleasure to be a part of it.

Special thanks to Victoia Cowan for all the organization and planning that went into the event and all the members of Studio 103 who helped execute an all-round great night.

-Special mention also goes to Diem and Dexter who brought August, a real life dickie dog, to the party. August even changed mid-way through the night into a very festive "August" dickie. Absolutely perfect. August truly made my night.

(Now if only he still had those long-johns...)

Introducing Our Very Own Trail Runner...

Carrier Budge is proud to introduce our new line of runner cards featuring our very own trail runner, the Squirrel. These cards celebrate runners in all their glory, and are a perfect way to congratulate your runner after a long race.

The Carrier Budge runner cards made their debut this past weekend at the 8th Annual Run for the Toad held in Pinehurst Conservation Area (Cambridge, Ontario).

We were happy to be a small part of such a great race and be there to cheer on the runners as they took on the 25k and 50k course.

Special thanks to the Cambridge Harriers running group for allowing Carrier Budge to share their booth and thank you to George and Peggy Sarson, race directors of the Run for the Toad, for their kindness and support and for putting on such a great race each year.
